If it's in a FAQ format, it's a FAQ. FAQs are among the most common things on the Internet. Anyone who doesn't know what a FAQ is probably shouldn't be trying to use web forums.

I'm sorry, but I just don't see how this is an improvement. Have there been requests to make this change? If not, then why change it? It just makes no sense to me.
