The Time Zone select list is too wide, squashing descriptions into a narrow column.

Possible fix:

Add STYLE="width: 300px" to <select name="reg_time_zone" class="SmallText">

Good idea, added in CVS, although the size has been bumped to 390px (just about the same length as the text box above it).
