fetch mysql records in php paging problem [message #33911]

hi everybody,
my problem is that according to php paging i am fetching 21 search results for a page.
After that depending on a particular age and zipcode calculation, some of results r not shown. This calculation is done in while loop.
so some times out of 21 records only 4 qualify for age and zipcode calcualtion from a function.

So which gives for a page varied number of records 7,8,...19,20,21.
which it always should show 21 for each page.

I can not save age and zipcode calculation in database also.
So please suggest me some solution for this.
