Everything is in English, but the error message I get. It says this even though I have my location as USA:

ERROR: Permisos insuficientes
Ud no tiene los permisos requeridos para realizar esta acci�n

Just thought I'd let you know...

I'm using the default theme and I can make it happen when I go to the "Test Forum" and read the "No file attachments they say? BAH!" and click on the "Skyline_GTR_A1.jpg" attachment.
