When I use the template editor to make just simple "test" changes, to see how it works, nothing happens.

I made a new template using the admin tool. I went into the editor to edit it and edited HEADER, and also FORUM CSS (both done through the editor, not external).

Clicked SAVE CHANGES. Went to forum to view changes. NOTHING.

I thought, maybe I am seeing the Default template here, rather than my new one. So I edited the Default. Same thing. Nothing changes.

Should I be logged in as a different user to preview changes?? What am I doing wrong here?!?!?!
