How can I create a theme that does not displays images in the messages?
I have a problem with some users who look at the forum from work, and the the admin of their LAN blocks the url of my site because it generates too much traffic...

You can't make a "theme" that does it the only thing you can do is disallow the use of images inside messages via the group permissions system.
