Hello, would it be possible to have FudForum send a mail to all subscribed users whenever a new message is posted? Thanks in advance.

I guess what you suggest is a user setting, can this be set via the administration panel by moderators or administrator? Thanks again.

There are two settings involved.

1) Turn off smart notification in the admin panel.

2) Have the users subscribe to topics/forums they wish to be notified about.

Ok, I understand this can be done as a user, I was looking for a way to do this as admin for all users. It would be a nice feature for a future version of Fudforum. Smile
