Prohibition of the access is well made In forum with determined by IP.
Possible increase possibility of the use IP access control ???
For instance:
IP/MASK - ALLOW/DENY - FORUM (name)

The forum contains the data to implement such a filter, user's IPs are being tracked on registration as well as message posting.
