Cannot access Admin Control Panel anymore [message #3838]

I cannot access the Admin Control Panel after unlocking and then relocking the files.

I upgraded to 2.2.0 two days ago and have been using it with no problems. Because the files are now locked, I cannot view/delete/change the files or folders, nor can I try to do an upgrade over it.

I am getting the "Page Cannot Be Found" error when trying to access the adm/admglobal.php file. I cannot even try to view the file using an FTP client.

Unfortunately, I have no SSH access either.

Can anyone help me here?

what do you get if you try to access adm/ directory with your browser?

When the upgrade script ran, did it give any error or warning messages?

It said Page Cannot be Displayed. I forgot the error number. But I just tried the page again...now the page cannot be viewed at all (not just the Admin page). The files are still there on the server, but I can't access them (I can tell because the server tells me how much space has been used).

Now I am getting Error 403 - You are not authorized to view this page.

I did try to run the upgrade script but it said that I had to remove some "upgrade" file from the forum logs. Since I can't access the directory to delete the file, I can't upgrade.
