previously my www root is http://192.168.0.5:987 but after i set to http://192.168.0.10:987 every time I after login the system still redirect me to the old URL (http://192.168.0.5). Because of the URL is already not available browser will show "The page cannot be display", after that I go back the login page and click on home, I found out that the session is already store but the system redirect me to the wrong URL.

Can someone teach me how to solve it?

No, login via the admin control panel, then go to theme manager and rebuild the theme from that screen.
