When I try to generate a PDF from a flat view, I get the error from Adobe Reader (in the title bar) that the file is damaged and cannot be repaired.

I do not get this error if I generate a PDF from the tree view.

Any ideas?

FYI - I'd rather not upgrade if I don't have to. It's never a smooth nor easy process.

Have you tried checking the forum's error log for any error messages? The PDF generator is identical in both cases.
