in dmsg_ip_address under the drawmsg.tmpl a quotation is missing before _blank

so it defaults to:

IP: <a href="http://www.nic.com/cgi-bin/whois.cgi?query={VAR: obj->ip_addr}" target=_blank">{VAR: obj->ip_addr}</a><br>

but it should be:

IP: <a href="http://www.nic.com/cgi-bin/whois.cgi?query={VAR: obj->ip_addr}" target="_blank">{VAR: obj->ip_addr}</a><br>
