Hello, i have a problem.

Yesterday i patched my FUDForum from v2.7.5 to v2.7.6 then to 2.7.7, and some of the attached files "vanished".

The topics where they (attached files) are in, do no longer show the attachment.gif.

And when i try to show the image, the error displayed is "invalid link".

The files are still physically here, and the weirdest thing is that some of the files "vanished" and some others did not, kinda randomly.

Thanks for helping,
I apologize for my english level.

Did you run the consistency checker after the upgrade?

Ok, i got the solution:

I took an old database save before the update and it appeared that for some of the rows, message_id and location fields were empty.

So i acted like this:

I took the old table save, i compared it with the new table and i added the inexisting rows (so, the ones with message_id and location field empty).

I rebuild the location field, because files were still physically here, and i linked all the rows to an existing message.

Then i did a forum consistency and a DBcheck.

it's working right now.
