I wish to personalize the posts notification mail messages in a verboser way, perhaps including the full post text. It's possibile'? May you help me?

That would be possible, you will need to change the notification code inside imsg_edt.inc.t

For my need was enough to modify the "Notify W/Body" parameter in the Email Settings section of General Management /
Global Settings Manager inside Control Panel function.
