When trying to post files, my users see:

Warning: stat failed for on line 4037

This did not occur only 30 minutes before.

The file does not already exist on the server; but yes, the file exists on the local computer that is trying to upload it. It is about 70kb.

And also, the file apparently does get uploaded; this error just appears as well. I guess this isn't a major bug, just aesthetically unpleasant. That's good.

I was referring to the 'file_filter_regexp' file actually, does it exist? If it does, is it readable by the webserver?
