OK, I had misposted this before. On my forums (located here), someone is a registered member, their time zone shows up as being Greenwich time (BST). If they are anonymous, it works fine. The Forum default time zone is Pacific. The users who I have tested this with are set to Pacific. Like I said, anonymous users see the proper time. Also - if I 'refresh' the page as a registered user, I usually THEN get the right time - but ONLY after a refresh!

Just went to your forum as anon and I see this:
Current Time: Thu Jul 18 13:03:54 BST 2002
Could you please tell me the exact caption of the timezone you've selected inside the admin control panel as well as what OS are you running.
Thanks.

If you run
<?php
phpinfo();
?>
It will include OS information.
