the Moderator can add the Quintessence posts of the forum to the Quintessence area. the area is read only for Ordinary users.
(i call it "Quintessence area" now!)
so , the new user can find the useful post quickly in it.

eg:
there is a forum named PHP
then the Quintessence area of PHP may be have the follow category

1 Install and dispose
2 PHP introduction
3 PHP+MySQL
.
.
.
the moderator of the forum can define the name of category.

if a man who don't know what is php,he can into the PHP introduction and find the result. do not need to make a new post.
Certainly ,he can use SEARCH ,too!
but i think the Quintessence area will be very useful for both users and the web site.
