First of all: Kudos to your NNTP implementation Smile


1. But why did you mix the theme with the php code for each page?

I.E. post.php, 5000+ lines of code and layout mixed. That's not what I understand of templating or at least separating code from layout.

And all used functions are defined in the theme files, weird, don't you think?
Ever thought of multiple themes @ one site? So that the user/member can chose between themes?

And in each theme you'd have the same code!

->All php code and the functions into include files and a good separation of php and html.
