Version 2.3.2:

If I move a thread to another forum, I noticed, that the thread would be moved ok, but the note at the original forum wouldn't be created at any time.

If the 'original' thread that is older then the number of days specified in the 'Moved Topic Pointer Expiry' option, the 'link' in the source forum will NOT be created.
