In 2.3.4, when a new user registers, there is no text that is displayded to tell him that a registration URL has been emailed to him and that he cannot post until he has clicked on the URL in that email to confirm his registration.
The only way he knows that he has to confirm his registration is when he tries to post, then sees a window saying he hasn't confirmed his registration yet.
(I'm sorry that this is a duplicate post of this issue, but no one replied to it so was unsure it Protoss saw it.)
