Hi there,
it seems that I do have a problem with my databases. Actually the Forum is working fine but I am having a HUGE index database.
Although I have only about 700 entry in the forum, my index database contains over 1,3 Million entries and has an incredible size of 47 MB.
Actually I already did a Forum Consistency Check and it was no problem.
Could you please let me know, if this is normal?? and if no, what I can do about that.

I am guessing you are referring to the search engine's database. If you disable the search engine this database will not be used and no additional entries will be added to it.

The search engine uses 3 tables,
index, search and title_index. The biggest will always be index because it contains an entry for every single word of each message.
