how is it possible to link to another thread in the "create new post"-screen without opening a new browser window??

Sorry,

I try to specify my problem:

I want to refer to a post in another thread using a link. But if I click on the URL-Link a new browser windows is displayed.

I want to jump directly to this post in the current window.
