Msg "Invalid URL" after confirmation [message #7747]

Hi,

every time a new user confirms his registration by clicking on the link supplied in the mail confirmation, a msg "Invalid URL" pops up. But everything works fine afterwards, the user seems to be confirmed.

Any suggestions?

W2K Server/IIS 5.0
PHP 4.2.3
FUDforum 4.3.5
MySQL 3.23.49-nt

Could you tell me what URL does it try to go to? You can see the log of those message in the error control panel.

The 'Error Log Viewer' does not contain any information, peculiar, the kind of error you are reporting should be logged.
I've registered on the forum, but have yet to recieve confirmation email, so I don't know when I'll be able to see the message.
You could also check you Web Server logs to determine the 'path' of the user after 'confirming' their account.

I just checked again, and how to reproduce the msg. I found out that I must be wrong! Sad

You get the msg when you have forgotten your password, and request it by mail.

BTW, is it okay if I put some (C) remarks and a link to your site on the bottom? I've been looking for a long time to find this forum, and I just wanna "promote" it a little

Since I am unable to replicate the bug you are seeing, I rely on your to provide me the info I need. Essentially what I need is the URL the user gets redirected to after going to the confirm account link.
