i'm still running the 1.1. version on my webpage,
is the upgrade worth my attention ??
Will anything be lost ??

Upgrading is definately worth the effort, since you will get a much faster more stable and more functional forum.
Before you start make a backup of the forum's files as well as the database and then do an upgrade.
No data should be lost during the upgrade.
