Hi
There are some languages which seperates genders by different word endings (i.e. in Polish 'worker' will be 'pracownik' for male and 'pracownica' for female; in German there's sth similar - for females you add in many cases 'in' at the end).
It could be nice to be able to set rank names which would vary based upon the selected gender.
Fortunalety, on one of the boards the number of female users is increasing, so this would be nice for them.

Each language has it's own gramatical rules, to make option for every possible combination is just not practical. I am afraid you'll need to restrict yourself to gender neutral titles if that's a problem.
