Hello!

For a while now I have problems with certain tables in my database. All tables have something in common: they obviously belong to the fud forum search engine. These tables are:

1. _index
2. _search
3. _title_index

My question is: is it safe to drop these tables or do I lose data by doing this? Am I right that these tables can be recreated by running "Rebuild Search Index" from the admin menu?

Thanks in advance,

Bo

If you disable the search engine, you can safely drop these tables, but it is better to keep them just in case. Since by disabling the search engine you'll tell the forum not to use them anyway.
