The mysql tables for FudForum accidentally got deleted today (!!) - but the forum data is intact.

How can I get this back working/recovered??

I reinstalled over the existing items... recreated the forums, and I still have a "msg_1" file there that has all the older posts. There must be a way to import them into the database now?

If the MySQL data is gone, I am afraid that the forum is gone too. The only recovereable part is the layout, since it is not stored in MySQL.
