forum.css compiling error [message #9270]

the section a.UserControlPanel from templates or even with Template Editor does not get included into the forum.css file in the compiled theme. It's not handy when you want to change the look of USer Control Panel so that it differs from other GenLinks, the more that this ability is supposed to exist by using this class.

I can isert this section manually of course in the already compiled forum.css but you understand it's not handy to do so manually every time.
