In the signature part, on my forum users want to be able to use a image. They use <img src="wotever"> and it dont show the image.

did you allow people to have images inside their signatures, check you global control panel. Also, unless you allowed HTML they need to use FUDcode to insert images. Using the [img] tag, read the FAQ on FUDcode.

The image box in the profile allows you to enter an image url and when someone views your profile they will see that image in addition to other profile information.
