Is it possible to disable user accounts in FUD Forum without having to reset passwords or actually delete their account? So far the only option I've found is to completely delete their account. This will work of course but should we need to reactivate several users after a period of time, this could be pretty painful. Thanks!

You can disable the user account from the user admin control panel.
Next time please read the documentation, the manual exists for a reason.

Is this a new feature added after version 2.3.5? This is the
version we are currently using and in fact after looking through
the manual and my control panel, I have yet to see where you
can "disable" a user. I see where you can "block" a user inside
the user control panel as well as "delete" a user. My temporary
solution has been to delete the accounts of the users we do not
wish to provide access for. Again I do not wish to delete my
users if possible, I would like the ability to enable/disable
their accounts at any given time. Can FUD Forum do this?

'Blocked: N [Toggle]' this is pasted directly from user admin control panel. By clicking on the toggle you either block or unblock a user.

I'm certain I tried this but was still able to access the
forum via the blocked users login. I'll try once again and
see what happens, if I have problems I'll let you know.

If a blocked user can still login & post messages then that is a bug and if you are using an early version of PHP you may want to consider upgrading to because it is likely the problem has been resolved. However, as far as user blocking facility this is IT.
