the messages for russian language in both msg files of koi-8 and win1251 dirs contain a confusion on lines 902-903 (in 2.3.7 version) read_messages and unread_messages messages are actually reverse from what's meant. I did fix the problem by moving NOT (read) word from read_message to unread_message but I guess it should be fixed in the distribution (otherwise for unread_message in forum tree view on mouse over the dimmed lamp picture you get "message's NOT read" for actually READ message). Just a matter of exchanging the place of the language file messages in those two language versions between above -mentionned two message codes...
