Hi there,

Are there any issues with upgrading from 2.2.3 to the current version 2.3.8? Any advice from the FUDforum pros? Do I download an upgrade tarball or just the 2.3.8?

Is there a step-by-step instruction I could look at?

My users really like the FUDforum and I've been getting a lot of traffic lately, so figured it was time to upgrade to the latest version. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Upgrading to latest stable release is always recommended, since incremental releases always fix some bugs etc... However, if your forum works fine and you do not experience any problems then you can hold off upgrading. There are no security fixes that would warrant and mandatory upgrade.
