FUDForum relies on REMOTE_ADDR in several places when certain environments render this variable useless. For example on my web host this variable is always the same (the local server proxy ip) so instead we rely on HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR. I don't really know this topic but HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR is sometimes an array and sometimes includes local IP's. Anyway, it would be nice if this variable was taken into account in FUDForum and I guess this is sort of a bug (more of a feature request) as all the IP's in my FUDForum are the same.

Hmm something to address, got any docs where I can read-up on how multiple ips are stored inside HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR?
