Problem with forum import when moving servers [message #9569]

I proceeded to move my forum from one server to another in the following manner:

1. Build OS
2. export forum from old system
3. Re-install FUD_forum (install.php)
4. Import forum data; The import produced the errors shown in the attached file. It looks as if the directory is appended twice with a double delimeter "//", in the restore of the 'images' directory.

I worked around the issue by manually copying the 'images' directory from the old server and then recompiling the theme.

It seems to have worked.

Looks like the images directory was not created at all or perphaps all the children dirs inside it were not. I'll look into this issue for the next release.

Any chance of this being fixed in 2.3.9?

I have a dump of 2.3.8 database, which produced the following errors on import:

I installed 2.3.9RC1 over the top, but that didn't fix the problem (the txt file is the errors from that install).
