memberslist.cgi contains the list of members, one per line.

 format:

where 00000001.cgi is the member data file, in the same directory as
memberslist.cgi resides.


member data file format.  encode characters into html unless
otherwise specified.  Some lines may be blank.  Line numbers precede the line:

0:  User name(login name)
1:  password(plain text)
2:  email address
3:  web site url
4:  permissions(Write& or AdminWrite&).  Permission to post and permission to administrate it seems.
5:  occupation
6:  location
7:  number of posts
8:  rank(Administrator/Junior Member/Member.  this field can be ignored).
9:  interests
10: date registered(such as 05-30-2003)
11: Allow users to email you (yes/form/no).
12: signature.  Contains some html(<br> and <br /> for line breaks.  convert it; ignore or encode the rest of the html).
13: ICQ number.
14: Allow administrators and moderators to send mass email notices(yes/no).
15: publicly display name(alias name).
16: alternate field 1

18: alternate field 3
19: alternate field 4
20: URL of picture to be shown in profile view.  If unspecified, there may be a "http://" here instead of being blank.
