The nested list problem was a bug and is now fixed in CVS. Now back to the mailing list thing Wink

Correct me if I am wrong, but the core of you're feature request is basically the notification of a subscribed user to every message in a particular forum. That can be implemented relatively easily without the rest of the items you've listed. If you do not believe that would be enough, please explain why.

I see 1 hole with your argument that being that you need to be subscribed to both the forum & the mailing that is simply not true. Being a forum member is all you need to browse the archive.

As far as forum acting as a mailing list manager I would rather not see this part of the forum. Since a forum is ultimately a forum and not a mailing list manager.
