Check if DATA_DIR in your GLABALS.php file is valid.
Check if you have a file called $GLOBALS['DATA_DIR'] .'src/db.inc.t' and if it is readable.

As I wrote before - the file is missing completely.

DATA_DIR seems okay, though.
