Ran 3.0.3RC1 upgrade script,
Applied revisions 5352-5361 including compact.php fix'

Ran Forum Consistency, Rebuild Search Index, Rebuild Messages OK
Created data dump, - restored data dump to fresh install

Ran Forum Consistency, Rebuild Search Index, Rebuild Messages ALL OK, with the exception of custom header image, and forum icons missing everything appears normal.

Was rinse repeat.... Same, same.,,,, Any ideas?
