I was placing too much emphasis on the "1061: Duplicate key name 'fud30_tv_1_seq" and not enough attention to the 2nd half of the compact.php fix you provided!

So are there any other revisions which apply to 3.0.3RC1 I currently have most recent upgrade, and revisions 5351 through 5361 applied.

UPDATE: Answered my own question, starts with 5329
