Hi Venesa,
This is a technical newsgroup.
Most of us don't know the first thing about the best way to set up a
company in your country (India?).
For what it is worth: If I were you, I wouldn't start spending much
money on legal constructs/legal advise this early in your carreer.
If the business stays good, it may be worth looking into better
(legal/fiscal) constructs.
If you spend you money right away, well, it's gone.
