No idea Erwin.

Except Google is doing another Microsoft.

And Oracle loathes Microsoft, for all the right reasons.

My guess is that the fine print on Java says that it's under some sort
of 'you cant use this for profit without also... ' license. And Google
hasn't kept to the strict letter.
