This appears to be close to what you want.

http://us3.php.net/download-docs.php

Click on English chm file, download.

Right click on the file, properties, click on Unblock, OK.

Open chm file. File > Print... ( * ) Print the selected heading and all
subtopics. Choose PDF print driver. Print.

Send kids off to college. By the time they graduate it will finish
printing. It's a big puppy.

Alternately, you can separately print the major sections, then combine
them. Each section will print in about a semester or so.
