Bill/Sherm,
Will look into what you suggest.
The printing company route is because my printer only prints one side.
I want to take a single file to Staples, have them print the manual
double sided and then bind it .. my bedtime reading. Do either of your
suggestions do this?
How many double sided pages are we talking about?

P.S. When I downloaded I ignored the CHM because it said 'then you do
... dedah dedah' - was discouraged by that but might be what I want eh?
