I came to this forum specifically for the same info as the OP, so I'm
glad I'm not alone here. I downloaded the most recent CHM file which
of course has the basic doc material but none of the User Contributed
Notes. I've found over time that those notes contain invaluable
insight which make them more valuable than most of the dry text.

Is there a download that includes all of the latest user notes? I
don't want to print this info but it's sure nice to have it available
off-line on a PDA or laptop for "light reading". I'd want to refresh
that off-line repository every month or so. I don't care about
format, whether HTML, PDF, or CHM.

Thanks!
