Do you have a working PHP installation and you're curious about the file
or are you asking about how to install PHP as Apache module?

In the first case, find your Apache /conf directory and use your
favourite text editor to search for "php" in all *.conf files.

In the second case, the answer depends entirely on how you installed PHP
in the first place. If you are using the official installer, just re-run
the wizard and pick "Apache 2.2 module" when prompted. Otherwise, find
documentation for your exact version at the site you got PHP from.
