Oracle _Corporation_ now owns the _JavaScript_ trademark because Sun
Microsystems, Inc., is now their wholly owned subsidiary. Sun previously
owned the trademark in order to settle a dispute between Netscape
Corporation, whose Brendan Eich invented the JavaScript programming language
(formerly LiveScript, renamed only for marketing purposes), and Sun who
already owned the "Java" trademark. That is also why Microsoft named their
JavaScript clone JScript shortly after.

However, in the grown-up world where you do not live in, it does not matter
who owns the _JavaScript_ trademark for the fact that there is no
_javascript_ _language_, and that there are different and differing
implementations of an extensible language standard, ECMAScript, along with
different and different implementations of DOM interfaces, instead. Had you
followed my research, you would have at least known that.

Since you have not answered my question about your use of the registered
sux.com domain, and there is no mailbox with that address, I have to assume
that you do not have permission to use it (whereas network abuse is rather
typical for aioe.org users), and that pseudo-sub-level domain of yours has
been added to my killfile.
