What do you mean with the first question?

If I do it like this:

if (isset($_SESSION['idx'])) {
if($account_type == 'c') {
$outputList .= '<td width="10%" ><div class="name"
align="left"><input type="checkbox" name="checkbox[]" id="checkbox[]"
value="' . $id . '" /></div></td>';
}
}
How can I loop through the records later?
