Haven't come across anything free that does all this on MacOS, unless
TextWrangler does column editing. It's big brother, BBEdit does all you
mention but it was pricey for a text editor at $129. I was shocked to
find it's come down to $49. Maybe they fired the marketing guy or Rich,
the author finally died.
