You expect someone to do all the work for you AND bring cash for vesting
in an undefined business from anonymous poster which will never earn a
profit? Good luck. Programmers aren't that stupid.

Programmers need to eat, too. You want a programmer, expect to pay for
it. If you don't have the cash, get a loan. If your plan is that good,
banks should be quite willing to give you a loan.
