I do not intend to be a Snake, I do not think you will come very far in
business
with inequal intensions. What has to be the deal, is something that is to an
advantage of all of us.
What the court action means, is that it can be *settled* in a court of law, and
that is then considered to be a term that is to be to advantage to all
the parties
included.
There is no fake intended.
